Achieving Permanent UK Residency
Parents and children (under 18) can qualify for UK Permanent Residence by entering the UK under the Tier 1 Invesor Visa or the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. Students over the age of 18 can enter as Tier 1 Investors ensuring an initial residency visa of five years prior to qualifying for UK Permanent Residence. This removes any limitation for extended periods of study under a Tier 4 Visa.

The Tier 1 Investor Visa
Requires an investment of a minimum of £1 million into UK government gilts (bonds) or share capital in active and trading UK registered companies. You can Fast Track your PR byincreasing your investment.
